Important Notes
- Advanced Registration for authors with accepted papers. The registration deadline for authors with accepted paper(s) is May 2, 2010. This deadline applies to all authors who are covering one or more paper with their registration (i.e., registrations with paper associations). In the case of multiple authors, the presenting author must register by this deadline. Failure to do so might result in the paper(s) not appearing in the proceedings.
- Advanced Registration for all attendees (without any paper association). The deadline for advanced registration is May 23, 2010. This deadline applies to all attendees who do not need to cover any paper with their registration. To qualify for this lower advance registration fee, the registration and payment information must be received by the Registration Chair by May 23, 2010.
- An accepted paper will be published in the proceedings only if the final camera-ready version is accompanied by the registration and payment information for at least one of the authors (only regular registration will be allowed for this purpose).
- One regular registration will cover the publication of up to two accepted papers (either in IJCNN, FUZZ-IEEE or CEC). Each additional accepted paper associated with the same registration will be subject to a mandatory publication fee of $240, or €170.
- The page limit for each paper is eight. Up to two additional pages will be permitted for a charge of $90, or €65 per additional page.
- Each regular registration includes admission to the opening and closing receptions, a ticket for the Banquet, one DVD Proceedings, and attendance at workshops and Tutorials. Please, mark the Workshops/Tutorials you want to attend when you register for the conference.
- No printed proceedings will be made available at the conference.

- Refund policy: Processing fee $100 or €70 before May 9, 2010. No refund will be honored after May 9, 2010.
