Initial submission
Instructions for Authors
  • Only papers prepared in PDF format will be accepted.
    • Paper Size: US Letter format (8.5" x 11")
    • Paper Length: Maximum 8 pages, including figures, tables & references. In exceptional circumstances up to two additional pages will be permitted by the Program Chair at the cost of $90-€65 per additional page.
    • Paper Formatting: double column, single spaced, 10pt font.
    • Margins: Left, Right, and Bottom: 0.75" (19mm). The top margin must be 0.75" in (19 mm), except for the title page where it must be 1" (25 mm).
    • File Size Limitation: 2.0MB.
    • Do not number your manuscript pages.
    • Note: Violations of any of the above paper specifications may result in rejection of your paper.
  • The authors' names and affiliations should be listed in the paper.
  • At the final stage, IEEE requires that the PDF files submitted from the accepted papers are 100% IEEE Xplore compliant. Please make sure that you follow these helpful instructions on how to produce IEEE Xplore compliant PDF files.

    • If you are a LATEX user, use the document class file in this zip file. Your paper created should be similar to the sample paper in the zip file. You can create a IEEE Xplore compliant PDF file using the commands:
      dvips -o mypaper.ps -G0 -tletter mypaper
      ps2pdf mypaper.ps mypaper.pdf
    • If you are a Microsoft Office user, you can download the MS Word template in US letter format.

Please note IEEE PDF eXpress will be made available to assists in creating the IEEE Xplore compliant PDF files for the camera-ready submissions.

  • If you are ready to submit your paper(s), please choose the respective links to the conference submission systems (IJCNN, FUZZ-IEEE or CEC).
  • The organizers reserve the rights to redirect the paper submitted from one conference to another appropriate one. The author(s) will be kept informed under such an occasion
  • One paid registration will allow the participant to attend all technical presentations in IJCNN, FUZZ-IEEE and CEC.
